SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:

After you placed an order we will ship it within 2-5 working days.
When for some reason this is not feasible we will contact you. 

Orders almost always fit in the mailbox, so there is no need to stay at home.

Shipping costs:
All orders are sent via PostNL with Track & Trace

Within The Netherlands: EUR 3.95
Free shipping for orders above EUR 65 (Netherlands only)

Within Europe: EUR 9.50

Rest of the World: EUR 16,95 (please note that countries outside EU can charge additional tax)

Delivery times:
Netherlands: about 2 business days
Belgium and Germany: about 5 business days
Europe: about 10 days
World: about 15 days


RETURNS:

It may of course be that your purchase is not entirely to your liking, then you may return it within 14 days after receipt. 

Pack the item in the original packaging and put the return form in the packaging.

Please note that costs and responsibility for the return are for your account. We advise you to provide return shipments with a Track & Trace code because we are not responsible if the package is lost.

The return and exchange of an article is only possible when the article:
-is in undamaged state,
-is not worn and/or used,
-includes the original packaging. Yallingup Designs reserves the right to refuse returned items.

The shipping cost are at the customers expense.

Refund:
When your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. The amount will then be refunded within 14 days to the account of your original payment method. Please note that we can only reimburse the amount to the account where the original payment originated.

Exchange:
Unfortunately we only offer a refund. If you want to exchange something, we advise you to return the unwanted item first and then place a new order for the desired article.
